Mobile App Update
On Monday, June 27, 2022, West Michigan Credit Union is releasing a mobile app update for all mobile app users. This update may require you to update your app if your phone does not automatically perform these updates.
No login credentials should be affected by this update.
A few things on the app may look slightly different, but the general functionality of the app will not be changed by this update. If you find yourself experiencing issues with the mobile app after this update, please contact us at 1(800) 442-4576.
We are excited to introduce three new widgets:
- Card Widget: at a glance you can see balances and due dates with convenient links to card controls & payment options. View card payment due dates, see current & available balances, access card controls & payment options, and toggle between cards using this new widget.
- Loan Widget: making quick payments is a breeze... without going to your Full Account Summary. View loan payment due dates, see current & remaining balances, and make payments in a flash with this new widget.
- Welcome Widget: have your mobile app welcome you and provide prompts the moment you log into your account. From this mini widget, you can view your Full Account Summary and navigate to other features within the app, including the addition of new share accounts, loans, and certificates.
In addition to the new widgets, the mobile app will now prompt you to add and walk you through setting up any of our alternative sign in methods, such as, Voice, PIN, Face ID, and Fingerprint. These sign in methods are secure and make signing in easy and fast!
