We now offer two numbers available for text communications.
(616) 256-0484 and (616) 256-0478 are both WMCU associated numbers that are designated solely for texting communication purposes and cannot receive phone calls.
These texting lines do not replace our text banking capabilities and are separate from our automated text banking system.

CU*Talk is WMCU’s teller-by-phone system. With CU*Talk members can access their accounts 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, from any touch-tone phone. To sign up for CU*Talk all members need is a touch-tone phone, their account number, and their personal identification number (PIN). If you do not have a CU*Talk pin yet please contact the credit union.

When giving your account number for automatic payments to or from your account, use your account number plus the three-digit suffix (000 – savings, 080 – checking). For example, if you would like to use your checking suffix on account 12345, your account would be 12345080.
