Payment Options
Want to save time and make a payment for your loan online? You can either use funds from your West Michigan Credit Union account or from another financial institution.
WMCU Online Banking & Mobile App
To use funds in your West Michigan Credit Union account, login to Online Banking or the WMCU Mobile App and transfer money to your loan or set up recurring automatic transfers.
- Sign in to your WMCU account.
- Click on Accounts, then the specific loan you want to make a payment for.
- Click on "Make A Payment".
SWIVEL Pay
To use funds from another financial institution, use SWIVEL Pay*. You can make a one-time payment or register and set up recurring payments.
To register for SWIVEL Pay, use your member number (without account suffixes) and enter the information for the primary account holder. Select any account and make a payment with funds from your account at another financial institution.
Other Options to Make a Payment;
- Go to any WMCU branch location
- Use our automated CU*Talk service
ACH limit of $10,000 and Card limit of $5,000. Convenience fees apply, but are not applied to the limit.
*SWIVEL Pay, previously known as Bacon Pay, changed their name in July 2024. All registered accounts, saved bank accounts, and recurring schedules remain.
